The Great Orsinium Mammoth Tusk Harp is both: a harp made from a mammoth tusk and played by Orc men with their tusks and nails.
Other Orcish large harps can also be made from hollow trees, stone, or metal. And they usually play an important role in Orcish ascention rituals, as you would need super-human endurance and strength to play it like an Orc would, so it usually is the new chieftain who is expected to play the longest and most ecstatic sessions, way into the new morning.
